Harms and Associates’ professional engineering staff have provided civil/site development engineering services for numerous public and private sector clients throughout the state of Maryland.  Our projects have included a broad range of assignments from  site engineering design for individual small sites to large planned unit communities.  Harms has also provided site development engineering for large commercial/retail facilities and was the engineer-of-choice for the 1.3 million square foot Arundel Mills retail outlet center located in Anne Arundel County.

Many of Harms and Associates’ senior staff participate on local government committees reviewing policies, standards, and regulations that affect development.  This working relationship ensures that Harms’ staff is familiar and current with development requirements necessary to secure permits and approvals.
